Dr. Clifton S. Mixon is a clinical pediatric psychologist at Ochsner Children's Hospital where he is the program lead for pediatric health psychology and the US News and World Report Pediatric Behavioral Health Specialty Survey. He has been at Ochsner since 2019. His expertise is in treating children and adolescents with acute, chronic or recurring medical problems. Dr. Mixon received his undergraduate and masters degrees from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana, respectively.
