Vehicles shall not be parked to obstruct access by emergency vehicles
No construction services are allowed except: when bylaw officers can't find the fire lane or they shake hands, laugh with the violators and leave them parked on the fire lane -" to work "because cleaning out the gutters is more important than your safety
