First rate service from Mr. Return it. Bought materials for front porch and changed my mind a few times and did some returns. Staff was super considerate and had no problems exchanging ideas. Finished product was worth it all. So happy with how it all turned out. Thank you Rona for putting up with my indecisions.

Great staff. Very helpful. Good place to find everything you need. Garden area is great. Lots of selection. Easy to find stuff in the aisles. Very clean store

Generally a good hardware store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I find the prices are often a little lower here and I like that I can bring my leashed dog in the store with me. It can get quite busy and there is often a wait if you need assistance but it does have a "part of the neighbourhood" feel. I especially need to give a shout out to Katheryn who has gone above and beyond for us on several occasions

Contracted Rona to do our house renovation; couldn’t be happier with their contractor and the quality of Glen’s work. The quality of the components purchased incl. shower, sinks, hot water on demand, tiles, laminate, doors, door knobs even, have held up well. Very pleased indeed.

I just want to write this review against MR. Darren not RONA who is a forklift driver. He doesn’t have a good attitude against truck drivers he thinks the customers are more important than drivers but let me correct him if the truck drivers not gonna bring the load then how the customers gonna get there stuff. That’s all from my side no hard feelings.
