Hand Therapy Plus has been a locally owned and operated business since 2004, that was started by Rob and Kate Abney. The Abney's decided to move to Lexington, Ky to be closer to their children and family. Rob since has started up a hand therapy clinic for the surgeons at Lexington Clinic. One of their employees, Kelsey Carrico, an Occupational Therapist who worked for the Abney's for 3 years, took over ownership in 2019, but all employees have remained the same throughout the transition. Our team is made up of Occupational and Physical Therapy Practitioners.
