Caribbean Outreach Ministries started in 1990 in Barbados West Indies when the Sobers family moved from Guyana SA. The actual Name of the Ministry was given to Malcolm and Anita Sobers in 1983 on the Dutch Island of St Maarten, while the Vision was later in 1988 in the United Kingdom, followed by the official move a year later. The Sobers family was sent and commissioned by Apostle Phil Mohabir and the Apostolic team in Guyana SA to start their Apostolic mission to the Caribbean based on the Island of Barbados. What started as an insignificant Ministry grew in influence through Personal counseling, Mentoring and Coaching sessions, seminars, Conferences and Missions activity which spread across the entire English Speaking Caribbean, with some spill overs to Dutch, French and Spanish speaking Nations.
