Richard Sherman, MD

Dr. Richard Sherman is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine and total joint replacement. He specializes in treating knee, hip, and shoulder disorders, offering advanced joint replacement and arthroscopic procedures to reduce pain and speed recovery. A strong believer in conservative care, Dr. Sherman only recommends surgery when necessary. He has served as team physician for New Trier and Deerfield High Schools and is a clinical assistant professor at Loyola University Medical Center. An avid skier, golfer, and tennis player, he values helping patients stay active.
