Worst insurance experience ever! I've been with the same company for 15 years and changed to this company after purchasing a new vehicle. BIG MISTAKE!! The lies, the deceit, the bologna they fed us to get us to change only to inform us after the fact that we DO NOT qualify for all the discounts they gave us! Why give fake discounts, I asked for an apples to apples comparison and was given a fake quote. They won't call me back when asked, I have to chase them down for days before any response, terrible customer service! Thanks for making this a huge hassle!
