I contacted Aquatic Specialists LLC to acid wash my pool. The guys JR wanted $1,600, then when I told him I was an investor and that I had the same service done for $400 before, he dropped the price to $500. He did a lousy job in less than an hour, when it usually takes a couple of hours. I made to mistake to additionally prepay for the first month of maintenance plus stabilizer. Then, I decided not to use them anymore and requested a refund. They have been promising my refund for more that 2 weeks and so far, no refund has been received. I will be taking them to Small Claims Court, if necessary, to teach them a lesson. The guy JR is a charlatan with a condescending attitude. Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and stay away from these people.
