Recently had a barn built by John Construction and during the building of the barn, the workers damaged a door and did not install some insulation correctly.
After calling and texting the owner over several weeks and never receiving a response, I sent him a text stating I was going to put a review on his web page, then I received a response from him stating if I did he would not fix anything.
After some thought I decided to repair the insulation myself and live with the damaged door and post my review so others know how he does business.
He was very prompt and friendly until he had received payment in full, then He would not respond.
Below is a picture of the text he sent me which shows his maturity level and professionalism, this was after I told him I was going to post a review.
