Applaud Flash Auto Glass

had a problem with my power window.They took my car to their workshop and after keeping it for about 5 hours ,brought it back and said that they could not fix it. I found out that they damaged my window main switch.I called to tell them about it , the guy just hung up on me. I called him again, but he flatly denied it and just hung up again.
The guy is very irresponsible and unprofessional, so guys! save yourselves the headache and the big disappointment and don't take your precious car to them.
