Mark Sullivan Real Estate, Quincy Reviews (1)
Mark Sullivan is a businessman and has no interest in Quincy. He is a slumlord as far as I am concerned. He runs/rents a “sober living”
house on Sumner Street that is deplorable. He claims that the bottom floor apartment is a day care center. I have never seen one child or parent at this residence. The “sober living” is a joke. Mark Sullivan claims to live there but has actually been there two times in six months. He leaves a 30 year old junkie to manage the property. He and his girlfriend are hauled up in their room for days at a time.
They ask the tenants to slide their cash rent under his door. I would certainly not want to live near this house. There are cigarette butts and nip bottles all over the front yard.
I certainly would see Mark Sullivan as an opportunist and no friend to the Quincy community. I wish I had pictures to post. I am sure that the residents of Sumner Street know exactly what house I am referring to. Beware of Mark Sullivan and his phony pledge that he has the best interest of Quincy in mind when you see his business practices
up close and personal.
