Windshield Surgeons Auto Glass

I had my windshield replaced in March. Fast and efficient service. Everyone there is very friendly and always wanting to help you with all your needs. They back all their services and will try and make everything right for you. I've taken my husband's car in to have a crack fixed in his windshield and they also repaired a crack that I received in my new windshield yesterday. If you are not happy with a product or service they will make it right. I highly recommend Windshield Surgeons Auto Glass on 170 St in Edmonton. I will continue to take my cars there for all my windshield repairs. I'm letting all my friends know of this place because of the service and their prices are very reasonable too. A lot cheaper then other windshield places.

I recently went to the at shop location to get my windshield replaced and the guy used his feet to kick my old window out letting it fall and smash all over my vehicle. Not really professional in my opinion. I used their company because they were cheaper but from now on I will use crystal glass where they don't kick your window out to put a new one in. I also thought it to be very unprofessional that their priorities seem to be gossiping about other employees in front of customers.

I went to the Sherwood Park location and was greeted by the nicest person ever. He took time to explain the service the shop was going to provide and offered me coffee and popcorn. Loved the service, staff, and price and Windshield Surgeons.

I had a rock chip that I wanted repaired on Friday so I decided to go to Windshield Surgeons. The price was $30 which seemed reasonable and they got me in immediately to have it repaired. After he was done he asked me to come out to my car to 'show me something' while repairing the chip my windshield cracked and he offered to fix the cracks and not charge me anything. They drilled two holes on either end of the crack to stop it from spreading and filled them. The following day the cracks spread on BOTH sides of the repair. I went to talk to them about it and they said that they would replace my windshield for $189 plus tax. I feel that they did not do a proper job stopping the crack that they started and think it is unfair that I am expected to pay $200 for a new windshield when a few days ago it was just a rock chip. After talking to the regional manager in the store he said that because I wasn't charged for the original repair it was unreasonable that I wanted a new windshield for a free 'service'. I said this sort of thing doesn't usually happen when you get a chip repaired and that really upset him, he asked me if I worked in the glass industry and how I would know that if I didn't. He said this sort of thing happens all the time, I've never heard of something like this happening, maybe with windshield surgeons it happens a lot. The cracks would be understandable if it happened after a few months and maybe just on one side but when it happens within 24hrs on BOTH cracks they tried to fix it seems like they didn't do a very good job and they do not stand behind their work. I will be avoiding this company and I recommend you do the same thing...... VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The guys in the shops were terrible. I waited for 30 minutes before I got help. Even after telling them i've been waiting they told me to "hold my horses". I would never use them again.
