Have been a long-time customer. Maintenance issues not addressed for years, but they certainly want their money. I've had no working in my unit going on 3 plus years in spite of having cleared an area for them and left a key. Price creep has me shopping around for better value.

Anna was great to deal with and the facility was clean and easily accessible. They were able to accommodate an extra couple days because our moving date changed.

Every step of the way was done with professionalism and efficiency. All my questions were answered and I feel very comfortable going into business With access storage. The staff on the phone were excellent and the people I met in person at the bomb of a location were extremely helpful.

The lady who I spoke with, was very helpful and friendly, offering me up options down the road if I needed to change my requirements. I had no idea that renting a storage locker would be this easy! I gave them one star because the guy next to me used to be in his unit SMOKING therefore my unit used to smell of smoke every time I went in it, did they do anything? Nope, not a cent off, just oh we spoke to him to tell him don't do it anymore. The guy was still smoking in the unit. Seems like the guy was living in the storage...

Access storage was a huge help during our move. Knowing that the site was clean and secure eased my mind for leaving my belongings over an extended period of time. I would definitely use them again.

First time inquiring and renting a storage unit from Access, at the east end Bowmanville location. Anna, the storage manager, was wonderful, warm/welcoming and very knowledgeable when I had questions in regards to storage. She took her time and effort to show me the sizing that I inquired and was up front with terms and conditions.

I had a storage locker on Haines Street in Bowmanville Ontario. Ann was the receptionist there and was very kind and courteous each time I was there including when I moved in and when I moved out. I would recommend access storage to anyone looking to store anything for everything it's just the best place I have used for storage.
