I recently used this storage facility while preparing my house for sale, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were exceptional, particularly one gentleman with a British accent whose name I can’t recall. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me during every interaction, making the process smooth and stress-free. His helpful demeanor and helpfulness stood out, whether he was answering questions or guiding me through the logistics of storing my belongings for staging.

The facility itself is always clean and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind about storing my items there. Accessibility was a major plus; the loading garages and elevator access made moving things in and out a breeze, and there were always trolleys available, which saved me a lot of hassle. The location is great, and while the cost is a bit higher than some other options, it’s completely understandable given the convenience and quality of the facility. I’d highly recommend this facility.

Great Place For Storage, Multiple Loading Bays, Climate Controlled, Spacious Parking and 10/10 In Person Client Support. Booked the units through their call centre, went in person spoke to the assistant manager Brandon, he took the time to give me a tour of the place even though it was end of day office hours on Sunday. Fantastic storage facility all around. The only issue that I had was how far the storage unit was to the loading area, so when you book online through the call centre make sure to ask for a map of the facility and whether the storage is on ground level, since for us it was a long walk to get there.

Had a great experience getting a storage unit. Brandon was great at getting everything setup and explaining how the facility operates. Would recommend this location to anyone who needs storage solutions.

This storage facility has been a great experience to meet my needs to store personal and business stuff. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The building is safe and well maintained. The lockers are very clean and temperature control. I could almost move-in and live here, but I won’t. Highly recommend!

I've rented a unit here 3 years ago and I came back last year to rent out again because this is the cleanest storage. It's well maintained, staff is great, never had any issues and will come back if I ever need another storage unit. This location is a gem!

Above and beyond customer sevice experience at the Millcreek office location. Sotrage facilities were well kept, clean, and 24 access washroom is easily located and pristine.
