New England DOT Physicals

Providing DOT Physicals for MA, NH, RI, ME, VT Self Certification for all Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) holders are federally required to inform the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) A division of MassDOT of the type of commerce in which they operate (interstate or intrastate), and whether or not they are required to hold a medical certificate. Failure to provide this information, known as self-certifying, prior to April 30, 2014 will result in the loss of the holder’s CDL. A Medical Certificate also known as a DOT Medical Card can be attained by undergoing a DOT Physical Exam provided by NEW England DOT Physicals.
