I have never experienced a more unprofessional doctor’s visit than my experience with Dr. Z at Faith Primary. I was a new patient and was expecting to have a consultation with the doctor. After I was checked in and paid my co-pay I was then informed that it was going to be a doxy online call. After waiting for about 15 mins online the doctor finally connected and after 2 mins told me she would have to see me in the office. Obviously I was frustrated because I was at HER OFFICE.
After coming home I discovered that the receptionist has accidentally charged my card twice. I had an emailed receipt for $25 but my card was charged $26 and $41.60. I called the next day and the doctor said after the Thanksgiving holiday to call back and we would get everything straightened out.
When I called back she denied that they had mischarged me because their records only showed $25 on my account. I forwarded her my bank summary and that was still not enough proof. Finally after about 5 phone calls and my persistence of getting the charges corrected she agreed to refund the amount. My original appointment was on Nov. 16th and I picked up the refund check yesterday Dec 21.
I get an email from the receptionist personal Gmail account today saying I was being “dismissed” from Faith Family practice???? They dismissed me because THEY made a mistake. Please save yourself the time and find somewhere else.
