I was diagnosed with cancer and just had colon surgery. I asked to see Dr. Michael Garcia to find out more about nutrition given my diagnosis and recent surgery. I showed up at 8:10 am for an 8 am appointment and the doctor refused to see me. I fought traffic for an hour to make this appointment and his refusal really hurt. I apologized profusely for being 10 minutes late, but he was unyielding. I bet the doctor has kept a patient waiting 10 minutes. I feel that Dr. Garcia and his office staff were uncaring and would not consider helping a cancer patient and human in need.
