If it is possible to have a "0" rating, I would prefer this. The customer service I experienced with the Manager/Owner was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I purchased a beaded scarf (for myself) and a clock necklace (for my daughter) with great excitment to wear it only for both products to shatter to pieces in a restaurant. I was extremely embarrassed to pick up the pieces off the floor in front of everyone. Naturally I went the following day to have both products exchanged in full confidence expecting to recieve good customer service but to my surprise I didn't even make it to the front counter when the Manager standing there went from smile to aggression, automatic defence, did not stand behind the product and service. I attemped to explain my reason for return but she would not listen and simply moved the junk that was covering the sign and pointed to it. It was a hand written sign taped to the counter that said "No Refunds/exchanges". At this point I was emarrassed for her and that I was encountering this experience. It is especially hard enough for privatly owned businesses to succeed therefore my shock to this extremely poor and ignorant character I experienced. Unfortunetaly she has made quite a label for all local small businesses and I don't think I will ever support another.
