I have had a lengthy career in the retail environment prior to entering the Real Estate and Mortgage Professions. With over 32 years in leadership Roles at the Overwaitea Food Group as a Store manager, Regional Operations Specialist and liaison to Head Office as a business analyst, I was instrumental in implementing chain wide operations efficiencies and after 10 years away from the business, they are still in use today. My career spanned working in 17 different stores and a region of 19 stores, having to adapt my leadership style to literally thousands of different people. Over the years I am proud to say that I am still in contact with many of my peers and am well respected with the people I worked with. I have a passion for helping people and have always put the interests of others ahead of myself. To this day, I am still told I was the manager people enjoyed working with the most.
