I had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The facility is very clean. I was given all information I would need including safety precautions when on site.
As a follow up, it was noticed after 5 or 6 days that I hadn’t started using my unit and hadn’t locked it, so staff contacted me and temporarily locked the unit until I could get there.
I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I would like to say that if anyone is looking for a great storage place, and good people to take care of your needs you have come to right place!! Olu has been a huge help to me many times and I am truly grateful. At this location, they truly look to the needs of the customer and making them content and go out of their way to do so and I really appreciate that very much! I will always store my belongings here!! 😊

This is the second time I have used Public Storage at 16 High Ridge Court in Cambridge and again the service was excellent. Olu answered all my questions. Another customer came in and again I witnessed exceptional service. The place is very clean, secure and they have a great deal on units right now. I would recommend this public storage location.

After being in our home for 36 years we are downsizing.. we have purged and feel good about our upcoming move but realize there still might be more to do when we settle into our new home. We contact Public Storage in Cambridge searching for a personal storage unit.. the staff, Olu and Naman, were pleasant and very welcoming upon arrival at the storage unit! The day before when we were inquiring about rentals, Olu was so very patient and knowledgeable answering all questions that we had and he did not rush us through the process. We felt comfortable making our decision to rent our storage unit. When we came in to sign the paperwork, everything was reviewed and we were shown the possible unit choices.. we weren’t rushed and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. We feel we will be happy with our decision! I only needed my locker for two months, and the entire experience was very pleasant. Setting up an account was easy, the staff was able to answer all my questions, and I didn't have any problems. Cancelling my account was just as easy. I would definitely use their service again in future. In fact, it's the best storage experience I've had to date.

The customer service is fantastic at this location. I've had a unit here for almost four years now, any time I've needed to make any changes the staff have been so helpful and kind to me. I also accidentally left my TV in the hallway one time and forgot to come back for it, and they called me right away and held it in the office for me. Very honest and friendly people. The building is always clean and the employees always look happy to be there. I've had a great experience as a customer here!

Yesterday I had an excellent experience with Public Storage located at 16 High Ridge Ct, Cambridge ON. The customer service, particularly from Cintya, was outstanding. She thoroughly explained every detail, including payment options and storage steps, hours to access and even recommended the perfect unit size for our needs. Cintya also gave us a tour of the facility, which was incredibly clean and easy to navigate. Overall, I'm very impressed with the customer service and the facility!

The staff are fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The facility is very clean and easy to access. There are multiple carts available to make moving your treasures much easier. I would recommend this location to anyone!!

Olu has been very supportive throughiut the process. Its my first time renting a storage and wasnt sure how to deal with the paperwork and all. I rented a unit for 2 years from Public Storage Cambridge and had nothing but a positive experience. The staff are extremely friendly and professional , the building is clean and very well maintained, and the loading/unloading area is big and well organized. During my stay my needs changed, and I was met with positivity and was given different opinions to meet my needs which they nailed it, My unit was perfect. I highly recommend Public Storage Cambridge to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Renting storage for a tough move I don't want to make, and this place made it as pleasant as it can be made. Modern, clean facility with a great indoor loading dock and dollies, good fast elevator to the space. I'm not certain my assistant's name, but she was very friendly and helpful setting up my space and explaining it all. They have a great selection of boxes, locks and moving products for sale.

I was here a few years back. It was so much cleaner then. The floors are now filthy, as are the elevators and bathroom. The hallways are gross. And this so-called climate control doesn’t have the air conditioning on anywhere. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Clearly, the people now in charge do absolutely nothing and don’t seem to care about the state of the place.

This place is well kept, elevators and doors are well-maintained. Lighting and temperature are comfortable. Olu is amazing and made everything good and clear when getting the unit. The vibe here is great and I feel safe leaving my stuff here.

Facility is clean and well kept. Local staff are great and helpful. We were especially helped by Olu, Melissa, and Naman. Over our time here., Service at the national level and tech support for their web portal is not nearly as helpful and responsive as the local crew.

Clean and safe facility. Especially love the large bay doors to be able to drive in to load and unload taking what you need to your unit. Super convenient. Very friendly staff

Easy registration process for a first storage renter. Great deal to get started with and the unit...actually the entire building is very clean and well lit. Cynthia and Olu made the experience seamless and super friendly. They followed up with timely emails and made sure I settled in okay. Highly recommend!
