We had a basket arrive two days late. The basket was a local delivery. Apparently the driver got lost and couldnt find us. We did not get a call or anything. It was a 50th birthday so we were quite upset. We will never order from them again.

I was very pleased with the helpful staff and selection of products. Nutcracker Sweet Gift Baskets has great gourmet gift ideas as well as a choice of Baby baskets. I Shopped there for my Christmas gifts and ordered a fair amount for great value. They are located on Avenue Road in the Middle of the City. They also were able to deliver my gifts anywhere.
