I could not have been more disappointed in Saturday's wedding bus service for multiple reasons...
1 - The first limo bus we got was not the one I ordered; it was smaller.
2 - The AC in the 1st limo bus DID NOT WORK!!!
3 - There was no place to throw trash away on the 1st bus.
4 - The driver told me I owed cash for the balance the day of the pick-up.... NEWS TO ME, CASH WAS NEVER MENTIONED- who carries $500 in cash in them???? In all my pre-day conversation with whoever on the phone & via text, they did not once mention I needed cash, this was news to me at all WTH!!
5 - After dropping off the bridesmaids, they swapped out busses to give us the bus I ordered with working ac, but that meant the Groom and his party were late to the wedding!
6 - And then there is the driver, Gabby was basically a driver, never got out the cab, never explain any features, electronics or heat and AC controls, I guess we were supposed to just know these things, she also never assisted passengers up the stairs never welcomed them onto the bus nothing. Terribly lazy! Her phone was more important
7 - Then after the weeding while out and about taking wedding pics, the Driver threatens to leave the BRIDAL PARTY where they are during pictures!!!!!, Why because in her words they were wasting time taking pictures. (Hey, wait one minute, you cost us 30 minutes swapping out buses) Who in the hell threatens the bridal party on their DAY!? Who is she to tell them they are wasting time...? What they do is their business. When I asked to be picked up 30 minutes early, I agreed to pay additional fee if needed to cover the additional time.... but you threaten the bridal party on their day. All because it was gonna be another half an hour and you needed another $100 bucks - what the f--k. Seriously. What happened to taking care of the paying customer. You are in the hospitality business. I have never heard of a limo company treating people this way.
On such a special day the limo bus was a complete cluster f---k. Thanks for getting the day off to a terrible start. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED…
