The “extra-mile service” that was always available in the 4.5 years we stored our belongings gave me a lot of peace of mind. Protec is a well designed facility, easy to access, undercover of weather conditions, available hand trucks and completely secure. Madeleine and Gillian were fantastic in making availability of the units so easy as we had to downsize from our apartment to prepare for sale. They were creative and helpful in finding additional units close to our first unit and how about the day Gillian appeared out of no where, at exactly the right time to lend a hand when I was trying to be in 3 places at once. A lot of support and consideration made this portion of our move so much easier. Can’t beat Protec for the exceptional personal service. Thanks so much!

This is an excellent facility with the friendliest staff (thanks Madeline!), and lower rates with more provided than I found elsewhere. It's very secure, climate controlled, 24 hour, and has gated access. You need a code to get in and out of the parking/loading area, get in the building, and go up the elevator. It's well lit inside, and very clean. There's plenty of flatbeds for easy transport inside. It's nice to not worry about having your vehicle broken into while inside thanks to the secure parking area.

PS - I get decision paralysis due to my incessant need to research all options. I did your homework for you - go to Protec Storage in Abbotsford. 5 Stars.

Protec Storage is the best storage facility I have used in over 25 years. I had my motorhome stored there for 6 years with zero problems. the only thing I had happen in the 6 years was losing two of my UV wheel covers. it was totally my fault as I didn't strap them down for the storm seasons. the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. they go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. very professional staff. I highly recommend Protec for anyone wanting to store their RV or a storage locker. very clean lockers. I used a 30x10 drive up. rates are one of the best for the quality. check them out you won't be disappointed. very roomy to maneuver your big RV around. thank you Protec team for being there for us during our complex move to the Island.

I would give this review 6 or 7 stars if I were able...the Abbotsford location on Peardonville is definitely top notch. Jillian is such an awesome and helpful receptionist with an exceptional attitude to match. Will definitely recommend this facility to many people.

If there were 6 stars we'd gladly give them to Pro tech. While renovating a relative's home we needed a storage facility- we have been so impressed with your building- clean (spotless really) bright and very secure. Your office staff were amazing!!!!! I have recently rented the boardroom at Protec for a training program I manage. While renting the space I was so graciously hosted by both Madeline and Rebecca. These gals are just incredible. Rebecca is so kind and doing an amazing job. I have rented prior to Rebecca being hired and although I have always had a great experience, I have to say that Rebecca brings such a professional and go getter energy. Rebecca goes above and beyond to answer any question or help out in any way. If she is not sure of the answer she will find it. She is a bright light and let me tell you its difficult to match the force that is Madelin. Madeline recently rented me space for my work storage . As always she has the process down to a science. It took very little time and I had my key, code and invoice in my email before I left the chair. She made sure I got the perfect space for my needs. I am so happy to work with these gals for my room and storage rental needs. I look forward to every time I am booked or need to come to access my storage. Thanks Gals!

the place is well neat and professional but the people who run it are complete psychopaths and will steal from you and all your stuff . They will go thru your storage locker when you leave and go thru all your stuff. Do not trust these people at all !!!!

Don’t go anywhere else!! Protec is the best in the valley. They have incredible staff that are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The facility is always clean, well maintained and secure. They have a huge loading bay, including different sized flatbed carts, and secure elevators to take your things up to the upper floor units. Will recommend my family and friends all to this place! They always have some kind of promotion going too!

Protec is an excellent place to store your belongings. The facility is clean, secure, and affordable. There are carts available to use while moving stuff in/out of your locker. The staff are always friendly and helpful. 5/5 stars, and well deserved!

I have had an outside stall for several years here. They are so understanding with everything. I highly, HIGHLY recommend using them! Again, very understanding!

I give this business a 5 out of 5 because when you first enter here you are greeted by the warm inviting smile of Abby. She will explain all the rules and steps to providing you with the most secure and clean environment to store your items in a simple and painless walk through tour of there facility. The security is top shelf and the price wise unmatched. New building, very clean and well light.
