Company admitted to false advertising!
This website is a just a middle man that marks up prices between OEMs and their consumers. They have no warehouse or store, so they don't even know the details of the parts they are selling. I inquired about a spoiler and the live chat representative said it was finished, painted, and ready for installation. It arrives a raw, unfinished molding in the shape of a spoiler. After requesting their help, I realized the support agent was clueless, just like their chat representative. They demanded I pay for return shipping (33% of the product cost) if I wanted a refund FOR THEIR MISTAKE. They don't know what they are even selling and will hide behind their return policy every time they make an error! Never buy from this site when you can get it from the OEM for half the cost and twice the service!
