Facility is nice and mist staff is nice. But the company has poor communication of promotions until you arrive to check in. At this point, your stuck with them if you've hired movers. So you may want to check-in in advance of your move to make sure you still want to use them despite additional fees.
Also, the first time I rented from them, I was told that the set up fee is a one-time fee, and that should I rent again, I would not have to pay the fee again. When I returned to rent again, they charged me again.

Today is 10th March 2025 I am at Smart Storage and just as how the reviews Stated that there is Excellent Customer Service at the Desk Both Staff Aman and Varinder are both fabulous People and Polite and very Helpful will recommend this Property Management team to anyone who is interested.

i called over two months ago to report seeing mice running into my unit. No-one called me back. I also emailed. I went back to my to see mice dropping all over my unit and no mouse traps. The staff have keys to get into the unit but advised they need a key from me to allow pest control to enter. The fact that i have to pay my own insurance in their building is rediculous when my property is not bein protected. This unacceptable for a business operating in Canada.
Sure it's clean and nice but you can never find a trolley when you need one. Been at my unit at least ten times at different times of the month and never can find an available one. I think the need to use the money they make and invest in more.
I had an amazing experience with the company, Mr. Varinder and Amandeep were very helpful and friendly, they guided me in a correct manner, will recommend for sure…💯💯
Site is nice staff was okay but realized afterwards they didn’t give the promo rate to me and just charged full rate.
My bad for not noticing but definitely not I’ll make me not want to use them long term now.
