Jordan lied to me at least twice during the project (once about the fact that he was licensed and bonded!) then walked off the job and stole $25k in the process... Per our contract I paid him $95k but he only completed $70k of the work. We hired a lawyer to demand the money back and he completely ignored it. NO WAY WILL I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN. Buyer be ware!
