Phillips Brothers Towing

I would never recommend this place to anyone. This place is a nightmare. My truck was stolen and North Little Rock PD apparently has a contract with them. So nlr PD called Phillips to recover my truck. I went and proved the vehicle was mine and payed all the fees in full and they were supposed to be dropping truck off at the latest the next day. I called and they said there was a police hold on the truck. I called the nlr PD station and spoke with detective. It was verified numerous times there was never a police hold on the vehicle. That went on for months lying saying there was a police hold on the vehicle. Then the owner called and said they lost my truck. Then claimed they found it somewhere in Cabot but my motor was taken out of it. After numerous trips to the police stations and filing complaints at the towing board. The owner shows up at my house says he found my truck. I finally got the truck back in January 2023 and they towed back in may 2022. Half the parts to motor are missing. All the wiring harnesses have been cut. The inside had been gone through and trashed. All my personal belongings were stolen. They claimed it was a mix up and haven't done anything to accommodate for the mix up. I've filed a suit against them so contact me please if youve had problems with them as well and maybe together we can get something done about it.
