They sold us an oak tree in late fall and in its 1st spring, it died. We did ask questions about the tree because it didn't look great when we bought it and they assured us that once planted, it would be fine.
We followed their instructions for care and planting to a T. We went back with a proof of purchase and they refused to replace it or even compensate for the loss. All of their oak tress of same type were dead when we showed up there.
We'll never go there again. Meristeme is 1000 times better.
