Ron Paul Garden Center

Great place! I really appreciate the store's willingness to help even if they are run off their feet as they often seem to be. Excellent customer service. Products are fresh and prices are good too! My go to garden center.

I bought some Black plastic pots that we use for tomato plants. They said each was 3.00 dollars while year before was 1.00 dollars but I paid
Then when I came home I saw they charge me 3.35 each plus tax. So I was there buying more things and talk to the cashier. She point blank insisted that since they charge 3.35, then I must not have paid for those pots. I was shocked. My bill was over 400 and she had the nerve to say that I stole those pots in front of other people present.
Our project in the backyard ran over 6000 with stones and plants.
I understand they are students but really, is that the level of common sense
Finally manager came and apologized
I was ok with that and decided it's no big issue
Today I send my son to exchange kill all weed killer to get weed killer only as I picked up the wrong kind. They refused so I called and talk to Lee, a female manager. She stated that people bring chemicals back filled with water so they can't return or exchange
Not sure what to make if that. I told her due to one instance you are turning away many but she said that ok

You need people with basic knowledge of customer service and who are tact ful, not total ignorant of how to deal with customers.
Student or no student, you can't use that excuse to accuse people and think everyone is crook.
Shame on you to generalize

I've had a couple orders with Ron Paul over the internet, both with short notice. Prices were quite reasonable. The deliveries came right on time, and the guys I dealt with were very pleasant. I will definitely buy from them again.

Bad delivery service on my sod order and would not order again. Better spending my hard earned money by ordering directly from sod farms.

I have dealt with Ron Paul's Garden Centre for last 15 years. Five of those years my sons and I ran a landscaping company (KTL Landscaping) during which time we purchased our supplies from Ron Paul's. We were always pleased with the prompt and courteous service.

In my capacity as a principal of a school (within the last 8 years) , Ron Paul's supplied approximately 110 tees for our 2 grants (2 years apart) to the Manitoba Hydro Forest Enhancement - School projects. I believe Ron Paul's also supplied trees for Ile des Chenes' - Manitoba Hydro Forest Enhancement program. The trees on our school property are doing very well. At ron Paul's, I have always been treated with dignity and respect.

I take exception with one of the reviewers who said "they were not courteous". The majority of the staff at Ron Paul's are students who are working a summer job to make money to continue their education. I have always found the staff to be courteous.

Excellent service every time we shop there! Always find what we need. Purchased everything from trees, shrubs and flowers to landscaping blocks, granite stone and soil. We have patronized Ron Paul Garden Centre for 14 years and highly recommend them!

The customer service representative was extremely rude. I have no idea why he would treat a potential customer in that manner.
I cannot imagine making a purchase at this place in the event their were any potential issues.
