Dealing with mental health patients would think she would be understanding! I have depression so some days are bad. I missed two appointments 1st appointment I missed the day before my appointment my God sister suddenly died. The 2nd appointment I missed I pulled my back out and wasn’t able to move !! For both appointments I have documentation to prove everything. I called today to get my medicine refilled she refused and didn’t want to be my doctor any more due to 2 missed appointments! Saying she is losing money. She never offered me a payment to even pay for missing appointments which I would of paid... A Black Doctor and dealing with Mental Health she was wrong! Never got one bill for any appointments missed ...
