The Rodriguez family is from the Dominican Republic and has owned Tropical Cabana since 2006. Miguel has been cooking in restaurants starting in New York for over 30 years. His wife Lidia mainly handles all the administrative duties, along with they're son Ronnie who has been the general manager for over 10 years. Cooking with farm fresh ingredients daily from 6 am, they have strived and sacrificed to create a home style family restaurant with flavorful recipes and a standard of excellence.
