I would like to rate Midwest pool builders and stonecrafters as the worst nightmare I've ever dealt with. They installed a pool in my yard spring 2021. And August of 2021 they put the concrete down around the pool. And additional concrete that I paid them for. The concrete is horrible it looks as if children did the job. When I called to speak to them about it the owner Terry Harr screamed at me that I was insane, it was a beautiful concrete job. His wife Debra her text me and told me to quit complaining and enjoy my pool. The concrete coping around my pool is falling in the pool in a spot. I gave them a bad review and now they won't even come back and finish the job I paid them for. Buyer beware!
