From the other reviewers it is pretty consistent. You order what you want, they are friendly and accomodating then it goes downhill from there.

I ordered a chair and loveseat. Prices were reasonable and looked decent in showroom. I was told it would be ready in a month. After 6 weeks and not hearing from them I gave them a call, and another and another. After 6 calls I got answers like "it will be ready Saturday", "it will be ready this Saturday" "the parts have just arrived", "it will be ready Sunday". I've never encountered a company that lies so much, what would that say about their product, if you ever get it. Do not go here, please DO NOT go here. They waste your time and money. How they are in business for so long I have no idea. If you see any reviews getting perfect marks and how great they are, they are fake.

Is there a negative five-star option available? Because this is what this company will get. These people promised me everything just to make the final sale, and then when it came time to deliver, nothing. They took almost four months to complete the order, and did it really, really half-assed. Please save yourself a world of headaches and do not shop here.

This place is terrible. Stay away. Bought a couch from them, and it broke two days later in the middle. Delivery guy didn't bring the legs with him (took them 4 months to bring it) and don't even get me started on then fixing the problem. They never fixed anything. They always tried to get around saying that they don't deal with the suppliers or their suppliers arent calling them back. Too much headache with these people. please buy from somewhere else. Check with Yelp for other reviews from people. Can't believe i had throw the couch away because of these people and I regret each day going into there store when I did. Do your research before you buy anything from anyone, even more so these guys. I don't even want to give one Star outa five, that will be too good. That's how frustrated I was and still am to this day.

I bought a sofa from this company and you would not believe the problems. First it is warped and this means I can lift one end with my finger. It was not apparent in the store but when they delivered it the leg would not touch the floor. I called and said I'm not accepting it and they said they would send a repair person out the next day and if I was not satisfied, I could stop my mastercard payment. This seemed fair and I wrote it on the delivery documents. The repair person tried to stuff a bunch of shims in the leg to boost it up but this did not work because the soft is structurally defective. Then I noticed that as I sat on it, the material on the seams was all puckered. The more I sat on it the more puckered it got (Im only one person using this sofa and I am of normal size). Then the material started to crease in certain spots.

I went to see them and they said they would pick it up and fix it. They did not show or call me. I sent an email and told them to keep my deposit, refund the balance and I would keep the sofa. They said this was NOT an option. They said they would pick it up a different day and guess what!!! They did not show up or call.

I'm going to speak to them again and again show them pictures. Meanwhile I suggest that you not buy from them. Seems to be a quality control problem and zero customer service. They just talk and talk but no action.
They finally picked it up and I have heard nothing. They have both the sofa and the money.
