This store overall is not too bad. The customer service however needs some work, especially the owner, Lisa. The few times I've been there, I found her to be quite rude and condescending, which is something I did not expect. Being a business owner myself, I expected much more from her. No matter what my mood is for that day, I always make an effort to make my customers feel welcomed, valued and appreciated. I don't feel the same with Lisa. Now, when I think of shopping at a consignment store, I go to the many other consignment shops that make me feel more welcome. I'd rather give my money to owners that appreciate my business. I feel it's only fair however to note that most of the staff are friendly and there is a decent slection of clothes. I believe it's mainly Lisa who needs to check her attitude. Unfortunately, I have other friends that have experienced the same thing.
