i HAVE BEEN A COSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, THIS TIME i WAS CHARGED $1600.00 FOR A CHILD BED NOTHING ELSE AND NO MATTERESS OR BOXSPRING OVER CHARGED IN MY OPINION. i WAS TOLD 3 OR 4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERYi CALLED THE STORE THREE TIMES TO SEE IF IT WAS IN THE SAME GUY WOULD ANSWER AND GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND THE FOURTH TIME HER HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE, CALLED BACK A NEW PERSON ANSWERED AND I TRIED TO TELL HIM WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND HE DID NOT CARE TOLD ME HE WAS THE OWNER THEN A LADY CALLED AND SAID THAT THE BED CAME IN JAN 30TH BUT SHE CALLED THE WRONG NUMBER WE WENT AND GOT THE BED 2 DAYS LATER FEB 18TH THE BED WAS PUT TOGETHER UPSIDEDOWN AND WRONG THERE WERE LOTS OF SCRATCHES AND DENTS AND BLACK MARKS ON IT WHEN WE CALLED THE STORE WE WERE TOLD IT WAS THE OWNER A FEMALE THIS TIME WE TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND SHE WANTED US TO LEAVE THE BED RIGHT WERRE IT WAS AND NOT TO TOUCH IT ANYMORE SHE WAS SO CONCERENED ABOUT THE BED I ASKED HER WERE MY GRANDDOUGHTER WAS TO SLEEP SHE SAID OH OK SHE CAN SLEEP ON THE FLOOR IN THE SAME ROOM, I SAID NO WHAT IF THE BED FALLS ON HER SHE IS ONLY 2. THEN SHE SAID WELL CAREFULLLY PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX AND I WILL SEND MY WORKERES ON TUESDAY BE CAREFUL MORE CONCERN FOR THE BED AND NOT AT ALL ABOUT THE INCONVINENCE OR SAFETY OF A TODDLER. WE STARTED TO PUT IT BACK IN THE BOX AND MY HUSBAND SAID NO THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING SHOULD OF BEEN NUMBER ONE CLEARLY WAS NOT SO HE HAD TO ALTER THE BE SO IT WOULD FIT THE RAILS THE HEAD BOARD WAS UPSIDE DOWN AND THE GROVES WERE BACKWARDS THE FOOT BOARD WAS PUT TOGETHER WAS ALSO WRONG. I SAID WHAT ABOUT A DISCOUNT FOR ALL THE ISSUES AND IT WAS PASSED OVER I SPENT $1600.00 ON A CHILD TWIN BED I SHOULD GET A PROPER BED AND NO ATTUIDE.
I am very happy to report that we had our item replaced completely within months of purchasing.
I would like to add that I have been a client for over 25 years and I have shopped around and they do have the best customer service hands down.
They tell it like it is...you make the choice to listen or to ignore. I always listen to them about pricing and quality, they have never stirred me wrong.

poorest service ever, waiting over 1 year for table replacement to find out they will do nothing.
