Having a hard time getting a warranty honoured on a Samsung range that Leon's sold to us in May, They sold us the warranty for over $300.00 on 3 appliances, and now it seems to be a ( Do it yourself warranty). Feeling sick about this and very dissatisfied.
We have waited for the mattress delivery all day on Saturday March 7th to find out at the end of the day that somebody from the Barrie Store changed the delivery day without a reason for next Saturday.
Nobody informed us prior to our call to Leons and they have no regrets. This is our first and going to be the last purchase from this store.
