Local restaurant owner Paul Marshall, along with his wife Sarah, are excited to bring Lake Elmo Coffee to the community. This coffee shop is meant to be a place where you can enjoy hand-crafted coffee, espresso beverages, and a cafe favorite menu. Chef Paul loves to create small plates, salads, and sandwiches that utilize fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients. Paul and Sarah have lived in the Tri-Lakes neighborhood of Lake Elmo since 2013. They love Lake Elmos parks, lakes, and local businesses. Lake Elmo Coffee is here for you and your family whether its for a large coffee on the way to work, lunch after a morning on the lake, or spending the afternoon reading the paper with a latte and pastry.
