Hello,

My frustration continues, My order from Jan 4, 2022 is still unavailable. The fabric I ordered is not only unavailable, it was unavailable a year prior to my order. Badboy should have known this and should have never let me place my order. Althogh,they had no problem taking m money. All I want is a refund so I can go out and purchase something that is in stock and available. Taking money from someone for something that you cannot produce is fraud. How long should I be made to wait, another year? Its' already been 9 months, I need furniture! No wonder your BBB is non existant, your customer service is unreprehenseable. All I want is a refund, how hard can that be, every other retailer I have ever dealt with can issue refunds, why can't you??

We received delivery on March 15 of our TV as scheduled and the delivery staff were very helpful and we're very happy with the TV itself. The customer service department was also very helpful with delivery updates, since delivery for our Dec 29 order was delayed to mid-Feb and then again to March. Unfortunately, the package with the wall bracket included with this purchase noted "Fits most 42" to 63" TVs" even though the the TV we ordered was an 83' and the final product delivered was 85". The staff at Bad Boy in Kitchener advised that I could not exchange this unusable bracket since it was "free" with our online order, so we bought a new one. The TV we ordered was the same price at Bad Boy and Best Buy, but we chose Bad Boy since the bracket was included in the $2,000 price.

I order Electric stove, when i received call they said its out of stock and will be available after 1 month. i cancelled my order on Phone and she said we will send you confirmation of cancellation. Later its been 3 weeks and my card is still charged and my order is not even cancelled. my order number is 1000551143. The lady PAM at receptionist is so stupid, she don't even understand what actual problem is, the extension 279 Clint never ever pick up your call. How idiot these are to do business. Horrible experience.

I have V.V.V bad expertise with bad boy store and the service provider, I have issue with the driver for the last 2 months and no one answer the email or calls even I went to the store to help with the manger reply that it is not his issue,( you have this number call them I am the manger her not to help with service) the customer service are so unreliable, the service company not answer the calls or email everyday from 9-5 call them and no answer, maybe I got answer and put me on hold until disconnecting
Can someone advised why we pay for warranty and we have this difficulty expertise

This company is a joke we bought a dining room table set they said
It was made in Canada but it wasn’t, it also went on sale and we called to get the sale price but they would only give us a store credit then we had to wait for 2 and a half months they told us feb 1 it would be at the London store then when we called they said it won’t be in til the 18th of feb finally when it came in we went to put it together 3 of the 6 chairs were broken We called and they said they will deliver the chairs and pick up the broken ones when they came they only had 1 chair with no hardware with it so we called back again and they hung up on me twice so my husband called and talked to the manager and he told us the other 2 chairs will be there in a week so we went to pick them up. We also ordered lamps with the store credit in December and we still don’t have them and it’s March when we went to go pick them up they were sent to a different store that was a Saturday they said a week to get them shipped to London from Ancaster, we called on Monday a week later and they were shipped back to Toronto so now we have to wait again. They said they don’t know how long it will be to get them, I will never buy from bad boys again and I will never recommend them I would not even give them a star but only option is 1 star

Ordered an item (a chair) from Bad Boy on 16/02/2021, almost 3 weeks ago. Credit Card charged immediately for full amount after the order was placed on-line . No information on delivery date, but the store is 4 km from my location. Choose Bad Boy to support local, Canadian business (had same offers from other sellers). Called today (speaking with sales representative Terelena) , was informed the item will not be delivered for at least another 3 weeks, so the soonest delivery day is 1.5 months from the date of placing the order. Asked then for cancellation of the order and refund: was informed there is 25% cancellation fee. Placed the complain with my Credit Card customer service. Very upset, in times of Covid and 21 century robbing customers of money paid while not fulfilling obligation and not informing customers the delivery will take months.

I made a big purchase almost 6 grand in furniture..part of the purchase was 2 table lamps...these did not come with my delivery..than I got the run around about where the lamps were..now 6 months later they are offering me floor model lamps...no thank you..than I told them I dont want floor model lamps so they said if you dont want the la.ps you can have a store credit and get something else..again no thank you..does badboynot do refunds when something was promised to customer and not delivered...shame on you and shame on your buisness.

Worst customer service ever!! I tried to buy a couch and three weeks later was told that it was discontinued and was forced into getting store credit. I tried to tell them many times that there is nothing interest me please give me my refund, but they said "ALL sales are final" it's our store policy?!?Worst of all, the couch I wanted is still posted on their web site. Good luck to the next customer(s) will get screw too.

Never ever deal with these people. Bought a couch and loveseat May 19th loveseat was delivered damaged they picked it up on July 28th to repair it and can't get a hold of them, worst customer service EVER

Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced. Extended warranty scammers, solid gold protection plan is crap. It has been over a month of 37 phone calls, constant run around, mass confusion, 6 different associates, very rude and all in the middle of a pandemic - has left me with no option but to tell everyone I know (including those i dont) to never ever shop at badboy. Who is worse than badboy? Nooobody!

It's been two weeks ago since I ordered my washer and dryer and haven't heard from Bad Boy when it will be delivered.

Worst service I've ever dealt with.   Bought a sectional online May 21 2020 and when it was delivered it was facing the wrong way than what was advertised on the web page.  After speaking with Evan Hecht (online orders manager) we came up with a plan to have it switched to a different style with an storage ottoman.  Sounds easy,  first we had to beg for him to schedule a pickup date for the original couch, when i say beg i mean repeated phone calls and emails.   I wanted our living room back as we decided not to use a couch that wasn't ours.   After a week of begging delivery drivers came to pick it up with no notice they were showing up.  Granted this happened during covid but after things started to slowly open up.  I was told that we would get our new sectional with in 4-6 weeks.  On week 5 i started emailing Evan only to be ignored until until the 4-5th email after 3 days.  He explained that it would be another 2-3 weeks.   So i waited until the end of week 2 and started emailing him again, same scenario three days waiting no answer.  I went to our local store and was told he didn't put the order through until July 14th 6 weeks after we came to a resolution.  I also got Evans phone number and gave him a call, he explained that our sectional was sent to ottawa by mistake but he will schedule a delivery with me in tuesday when it arrives in toronto.we scheduled for that thursday and when its delivered the ottoman isn't with it, call Evan and he proceeds to lie saying he told me the ottoman was on back order and would take an additional 2 weeks.   He never said as much to me.   On top of that he then goes on to lie saying that he went out of his way to get stock from ottawa transferred to him to fulfill my order.   I can't stand liars.   Today is the 2 week mark and still no call or explanation of where my ottoman is.  Did i also mention that in between all of this Evan offered a discount (email proof)  and when I asked how much he has never answered me.  If its store credit fine as we are looking for a sofa table and redoing our kitchen as well.   Today is week 14 and our order has yet to be fulfilled.  I've been lied to, I've had to keep calling and emailing to get answers,   I've asked numerous times to speak With Evans boss and he refuses to allow that.   Needless to say i just want what ive been promised and to never do business with this company again.   Update ottoman is scheduled for tuesday Sept 1. Further update an ottoman was delivered but it is not a storage ottoman, guess i shouldn't be surprised.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! Ordered furniture May 17th 2020. Was assured it would arrive July 2nd. Only to receive a call July 2nd. to tell me my furniture had been discontinued 😡. With no help whatsoever we ordered another set double the price only to be assured that it would arrive the last week of August with no delivery date because they had to make it. No one had ever ordered it before. Nothing! No furniture. We are sitting on the bloody floor for months now! Customer service does not exist with this company! Nor does compensation. Never again will I have anything to do with Mel Lastman. Or Bad Boy. I want someone to god damn answer the phone and give me my furniture and my money back!

I will never buy anything from them. Please buyers, beware of them. They are big time scamsters. They will loot your money for nothing. They will not give you your product on time and their customer service is for the name sake. Moreover they won't give your money back. They will cheat you.

I tried call to customer office in Toronto 20 times to ask about my order- 19 times nobody answer( I waited about 20-30 min) and one time woman said that she doesn’t know about date of delivery?! It is the worse experience for me like customer! ( my phone 4166175239)

May 11th I placed a close to 10,000 order to furnish my new home, before placing my order I spoke with Evan the manager who guaranteed my furniture would arrive June 3, we are now sitting at July 24th and I have less than half my furniture and half the items I do have are damaged or missing pieces. After several phone calls with this man and being told SEVERAL different delivery dates the last one being no later than July 15th I am still waiting!! I have sent bad boys emails in which I do not receive an email back I've called and been put on hold for 30/45 mins and then disconnected.
I have recently filed with the better business buerau and reached out for legal advice where I was informed that items not delivered within 30 days of purchase I CAN GET A REFUND under the customer protection act!

the worst retail experience I have had in years. Their website said the product was in stock May 30th. so I expected to pick it up the next day. It is now July 13, I have asked for my product and a refund, many times in between, I have not received either, with responses taking weeks, if they came at all, promises of within 10 days etc etc. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from these folks if they want good reliable customer service.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I wouldn't hesitate in doing so. By far the worst service ever, that I've experienced. I've made a purchase of a Queen size bed set, upon recieving the order there was no manual to assemble the furnitures, 8 screws, wrong mirror for the dresser; eventhough, it clearly stated 'no assembling needed'. I've reached out to them for help, that's where I got cussed out and hung up on by someone from the office. I kept on calling, and after waiting for 45mins or so, someone picked up and said 'please hold' which is another 45mins. I called again, got the email address of some manager and I haven't heard anything after sending her an email. I called a store in Brampton, where I spoke with Nimisha, who tried to help me out in directing me where I should go to get the issue sorted out. Did that, and they told me someone will get back to me within 24-48 hours. Still waiting days after. I later found out that I can't return the items, eventhough it wasn't posted on their website. So I've lost all my money, while ending up with miss match broken furnitures. THANKS A LOT BAD BOYS.
I WOULDN'T recommend anyone to conduct business with these people. Unprofessionalism at its finest #Badboyfurniture

I can see why there are so many negative reviews? These people are sales people that have no idea about customer service. Mohamed at Finch is a lier and sneaks charges on your order without telling you. Very unprofessional and the manager is no different because he stands by the lies?? Apparently this is how they operate because my neighbour asked why did I even buy from them? My order has not arrived yet and am very worried how the rest will unfold! Totally discussed from the start! There is so much more that I can write but have no time! Wonder how my complaint will fly with head office next step??

I will never buy anything again from this company. Worst customer service. I purchased a 3 piece coffee table and end table set. We were promised that it would be already assembled. Which is why we purchased it. If it wasn’t going to be assembled then we wouldn’t have bought it.
When it arrived it was in a box (we were lied
to) Also we didnt open the box right away as we were moving to a new home. When we did try to set it up it was defective. The parts could not be screwed in as shown in the picture. We even got someone who is trained in setting up furniture to fix it, but he said the part isnt good. When i called the manager said he would call me back but he didn’t. I had to call 3 times in order to talk to him. He told me that I would have to contact their service department. He was no help and dismissed my claims. I wasted my money shopping at the Finch West Location. The manager (Mohamud) should treat his customers better. Furthermore the salesperson should not guarantee something if it wasnt going to happen. We planned to buy furniture for my family’s business from there thinking Bad Boys were a good company. However this experience has changed our mind.

My husband and I went to purchase some appliances from Bad Boy in Brampton , 499 main street , Shoppers World mall in brampton location. After talking to few sales people finally we decided to buy a fridge, stove and a microwave in first week of November. According to them they have to order these in first week of December they were going to deliver these. We received a call saying there was damage on the fridge, they were told to deliver all three appliances at once. Bad boy given us date in December 4th to deliver everything. Since they never call to say what’s happening, I decided to call and talked to a female employee, she is the purchasing manager at 499 main st brampton, shoppers world location. I explained the situation and she said they are still waiting for the fridge. And she had mentioned if we don’t get the other too items now if another customer request they can give those to someone who paid fully for their appliances. I was very shocked to here from a manager who works there. I told her we also paid in full for these appliances. She still insists that the protocol for these things. I told her when you are taking money from the customers you need to tell these things. First of all they have very bad customer service, not only that once we pay the full amount they need to deliver our items not saying if we don’t get them not waiting for our all the items we might have to wait longer because they can give those to a another customer.this is a very very bad customer service, loosing customers are very bad as I am in customer service also. Finally they called and said they can deliver our fridge on December 6th , my husband talked to them and said no one will be home until 6pm . It has to be after 6pm. Then they were supposed to call and confirmed the time with us again no call we call today December 5th to find out they will be coming tomorrow with the fridge. As per sales person it is going to be 8:30am to 12 noon. Couldn’t believe we explained no one will be home at that time. No clue what’s happening. Finally we asked them to deliver on Sunday December 9th. Paid in full for these items nothing but a headache with Bad boy store in Brampton shoppers world location. They need to improve their customer service skills , very very disappointed ☹️
