Waste of my time
we decide to buy the sofa bed after I checked on their website yesterday the price of sofa bed $799.77 & ottoman $249.77 the sales person went on preparing the payment only there's a problem it's not on sale anymore and the manager cannot change the PRICE. The tag price still on sale and their website still says the sale price until today ( I checked again )So who is not doing their homework. The manager was pretty useless, when it was their error for advertising the wrong price. I would had paid the difference but when the manager told us he could help if we buy another item I just lost it, and left the freaking store.Not coming to that store ever again.

I totally agree with all the other reviews. Customer service is non existent. They are rude and completely unhelpful. 3 weeks since the purchase of a brand new washer dryer and they are not replacing the damaged product that they delivered. The delivery manager told the people who delivered who bring back the damaged machine but they still left it and now I'm stuck with the machine. Horrible experience, never going back to this store

Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!
First off, I will never buy anything from the Brick again. I recently purchased a fridge, stove and dishwasher and to date, the fridge had to be replaced 3 times, the stove twice and I am on my fourth dishwasher. The customer service is disgusting and their delivery repair people don't show up to scheduled appointments. Do not deal with Lisa Martin - useless beyond words.

This company better get their shit together. Absolute garbage and huge waste of time.

Buyer beware as you get what you pay for!

Last year I was shopping there 3 times, at the same store. After each delivery I had to go back there at least 3 times to claim missing parts that they forgot to include. I had to almost BEGG them to give me missing parts and prove that my claim is legit. Without those parts I would not be able to use the (appliances and electronic). One time they tried to tell me I came too late, on the 5th day counting weekends. I will still continue shopping as they have some nice products not available anywhere else I would know - mostly commercial/European appliances etc. Viktor, Toronto

Price Matching is a Scam
Was quoted one price for me new home appliances and found price matches that totaled over $130 less and when i emailed the price match links, he quoted me an even higher price than the original brick quote

"NO RETURN" POLICY and Terrible Customer Service
I honestly don't typically complain when I receive awful service but I wanted to caution future customers about the Brick's return policy (or lack of one) and their poor customer service.

When you place an order for delivery in-store, they tell you that you have 3 days to contact them for a return once the furniture has been delivered to you. However, when you contact them to let them know that an item they delivered is EXTREMELY poorly made and you want to return it, they tell you that you can't return something once it has been delivered to your home (even after spending $10,000 with them).

I contacted the Brick to let them know that the bed frame I received was made of very cheap, flimsy, poor quality material (not visible in store as it was covered with a mattress) and wanted to return it the day after the item was delivered to my house (which was well within the 3 days I was told I had to return any items by the 4250 Dufferin Street location). The Brick said NO! and advised me that the receipt they emailed post purchase outlines this NO RETURN POLICY (which, when reviewing my receipt, I was completely focused on the $$ because the order was initially billed incorrectly and I wanted to ensure that my order was properly adjusted and wasn’t looking for “new information re: returns” because NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION TOLD ME THAT THE BRICK HAS A NO RETURN POLICY).

Anyway, if the Brick is looking to lose customers (and, in our case, people willing to spend a lot of money in one place to save time), this is how you do it. The entire experience from the amount of time it took to enter our order (that took over an hour; shopping at this location took 4 hours because we were dealing with some very inexperienced sales people), to the order being charged to my husband’s credit card incorrectly, to the mess up with delivery of an order we requested earlier than the bulk of our purchase, to their NO RETURN POLICY… Let’s just say that I will never shop at any Brick location ever again.

Shop somewhere else..
It would take me a few hours to tell you the terrible things this store did to me so I will just say "Do Not Shop There" I can not believe the poor customer service and the lies these people are capable of telling. Please go somewhere else so you will not be disappointed...

I have read all the negative reviews but I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience purchasing appliances last weekend.
The sales rep Reza was wonderful; kind, knowledgable and extremely honest. He helped us get the most for our money and I couldn't be happier! My sister and parents will be going to him in the next few weeks to purchase their appliances as well.
Thank you Reza; you were a pleasure to deal with and that doesn't happen a lot in customer service now a days.

Terrible Customer Service and liars
I recently bought a bedroom set at their so called VIP event. While we were purchasing the set, sales rep told us that the bed rails were out of stock (waiting for the manufacturer) and that they would deliver the bed in 2 weeks. We agreed as waiting for 2 weeks wasnt a problem. 2 weeks passed by and no one had called to make the delivery so I called only to find out that now the foot board was out of stock..and that the delivery would now be 2 more weeks. I was frustrated at this point but decided to be patient and give them one more chance. 2 weeks passed again with no call and I had to make the call again to figure out the status. Not to my surprise this time the head board was out of stock and the delivery is pushed again 2 weeks. So at this point it is been over a month and I am waiting for my bed which I have already paid for 100%. I am extremely disappointed by the sales reps and the customer service. Brick straight out lies to make the sale and never keeps their word. I am now trying to return the entire bedroom set and get my money back. I would never shop at brick in the future. And just as a heads up, dont believe their sales rep atall, they will say anything to make a sale.

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing appliances from the Dufferin and Sheppard area Brick store. I was lied to about the price and then the salesman tried to hide this lie in the invoice. I should have realized something was up due to the salesmans' lack of enthusiasm and snobbishness. The customer service department was no better and were not interested in trying to come to any solution other than cancelling my order.
I will never buy anything from The Brick franchise again and will warn anyone against making any purchases from this particular salesman and store. Beware

DO Not Buy their warranty!!
When I bought their warranty the sales person at the floor told me that if anything went wrong there would be a full replacement over 5 years... even if we by mistake scratched it with a knife. Then When there was a defect it was impossible to get them to meet with the terms of the warranty... then when they finally did the repair man never sets an appt and just calls you the day off and expects you to drop everything. 2 months and counting on this issue. And it looks like it was a manufacturing defect not even something that I was responsible for. RIDICULOUS!
