Fouillard Furniture & Appls

I was very disappointed in this company. In the fall of 2011, I spent a great deal of money there. I bought a washer and dryer, fridge, stove, and dining room set. At this time everyone I dealt with- the delivery guys, the salesman, the office lady were good to work with. When I got my table there was a big gouge out of one corner of the top of it. I called Fouillards and they said that to make up for it, they would give me a store credit for $500 whenever I was ready to purchase something else there. I thought that was fair. I didn't get any document from them as they had been good to deal with and remembered me well whenever I called.

Less than one year later, the washer was broken and needed a great deal of repairs. It is a Maytag Bravos. Luckily it was still under warranty, but I then did purchase the extended warranty for another$450. I had to get a fellow out from a town nearer to me to fix it. A few months later the Maytag Bravos dryer went. I had only had it for 1.5 years. The warranty was over, so a new motor will cost me over $200 as well as labor of $60, plus tax. I called Fouillards to see what they had for dryers as I may as well just buy a new one - especially since I had a store credit. They said that the salesman I had dealt with was gone, the office lady was gone, the delivery guys were gone. There was nobody there who had been there when I was offered the store credit for my damaged table, so they would not honor it. I am very unhappy with this store. I spent a lot of money there, and am being completely disregarded. I will shop elsewhere for a new dryer.
