The scheduled delivery only brought the appliances we bought which we later found two dents on both the stove and refrigerator. The overhead microwave we were informed at delivery could not be installed because they could not mount it. Had we been informed when we purchased it that this had to be in place before hand it would had been appreciated instead we were told that this would be all taken care of at time of delivery. The dining table and chairs we found out later were not part of original delivery so instead of them being delivered according to customer schedule it had to be delivered according to warehouse set up schedule. We have just purchased our home and still need to complete furnishing but will not be back.

I searched numerous lower mainland furniture stores for a small yet comfortable all leather reclining sectional that would fit my budget. I decided to try Fuller Watson since I had previous success when searching for a kitchen dining set.

I was able to custom order the exact Palliser sectional I wanted (full real leather) for the same price other places had quoted me for leather mixed with vinyl or bycast.

As stated at the time of purchase, it took 5 weeks to come and was delivered and set up at no additional cost. Service from start to finish was excellent. I was also happy that I only had to pay a minimal deposit - many places I went demanded full payment before ordering!

I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture for a good price. Just proves you don't have to be big to be great.
