Wild Hope is a boutique therapy haven that supports women to and through motherhood. We empower all to find healing and wellness. We offer experience and expertise in treating women with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Our therapists have diversified skill sets to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and feelings of overwhelm for children and adults. At Wild Hope, we believe that you already possess your own skill set of unique and powerful strengths. We use our time in therapy for what you need: space to process, safety to allow yourself to feel and heal, and for you to capitalize on your own personal strengths to help you meet your goals.
