Horrible service
My boyfriend ordered his new couches from this location. He asked it to be delivered yesterday in the evening when he is home as he works during the day and cant book time off. The delivery driver called asking to drop it off early and when my boyfriend said no one would be home and asked to keep the original time the driver got ticked off and said he would do what he could. And big surprise...no couches yesterday.... My boyfriend called them today and the location said that they had them listed as delivered….and didn’t apologize at all told him they would call him later…now we wait to see if we even get them today…whatever the outcome one thing is for sure, we both will not be getting anything ever again at sears. Horrible customer service and poor management of deliveries

I bought a Natuzzi sofa and chair from Sears 2 years ago and the padding in the sofa seat is gone , the frame catches the legs when you si down. Natuzzi does not have a head office to even send a letter of complaint to and Sears will do nothing even thogh they sell this product

Bought a Natuzzi sofa and love seat for $6,000 two years ago and it looks and wore like it was 15 years old. Neither Sears nor Natuzzi, if you can locate their customer service anywhere, are willing to help and after reviewing the on-line complaints about both of them, I now know why. Legal action will follow my complaint, sincerely, Steve Vasseur, Moncton N.B. Canada.

Outrageous cost of services
My Kenmore dishwasher was not cleaning effectively; when I called Sears service, I spoke to a representative who's English was difficult to understand. He said a service call would cost $99 for a 10 minute assessment. I would then be advised of the cost. As I could not belive that $99 would not cover the repair, I called the manager at Sears where I bought the dishwasher and was advised that it would cover the repair cost. The final labour bill for less than 30 minutes was $165. In spite of complaints to Sears Canada, they will not change this fee.
NEVER NEVER NEVER GET SEARS TO REPAIR YOUR APPLICANCE - THE COST IS OUTRAGEOUS.

Terrible Customer Service
Bought a three piece Natuzzi sofa set from Brentwood at a cost of around $6000. When the sofa was delivered, the delivery guy cut it with his utility knife and had to be replace. The replacement came with another defect, and it too was replced. When we moved moved around the set after renovating, we notice the cushion on the chair was sewn on crooked. Had a furniture medic come by and was told by head office that the chair would be replaced. Brentwood called to make arrangements to replace and offered an option to get partial refund in lieu or they could replace and I could also offer to buy the original at reduced price because they couldn't easily resell it. I get a call later from Brentwood telling me the manager gave direction not to replace. A few days later, head office calls to confirm that they changed their mind and that it wouldn't be replace. If anyone experience poor customer service at this store, I'd suggest it is taught by the store manager. Last dollar I will spend at this store. If you sell defective products with warranty, you should replace it, especially after being told by head office that a replacement is on the way.

below average customer service
Phone service was good but the person dealing with pick up was very rude ,NO CUSTOMER SEVICE AT ALL.Will take my service to Northland Mall where customer service rates high.

Rude, complete and total lack of customer service.
Horrible customer service. Staff could care less about customers. Extremely rude and it was like I was such a burden. I'm so sorry I came to pick up my catalogue order... I didn't realize it would ruin your day. Anytime I called, the woman was completely horrible to me. When picking up my order, I was spoken to like a child. I knew my order was in because I had called earlier that day but when I got there, my order was nowhere to be found. I had to argue with the lady for about 10 minutes. FINALLY another lady came and found it in 2 seconds. The original woman went and hid behind a corner, only to throw snarky remarks my way. Staff is completely unaware of return policies, etc. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Very unimpressed and will never be ordering from Sears again.
