Home Evolution

I give Home Evolution 1 star because they have nice things in the store. For customer service I had to deal with Bondar and it could not be much worse. We ordered a sofa and chair we saw at Home Evolution and waited 4 months to have it custom made in our colour. It was delivered covered in feathers and sawdust. A year later the feathers are still coming through the cover of the cushions, the whole sofa for that matter is covered with feathers. I can pick feathers out of my sofa every day for hours and still never can say "all done", and vacuum cleaning just pulls out even more feathers. So it looks awful and is a big problem. I have to keep them covered and that was not the intend.
Bondar's customer service tell us that this is normal and it is called molting, end of story.
How ridiculous.
Home Evolution still has the sofa that we ordered from in the store, and I am sure it is not feather filled, so I think that they did not ship us exactly what we ordered.
