This is the 3rd bedroom set that I ordered from this company. The service was EXCELLENT the information told to me was 100% accurate. It was a pleasure dealing with this company, nd i would DEFINATELY order a 4th set for my next grandchild if I get the opertunity
I ordered a chair late and they were kind enough to loan me one until mine arrived. Couldn't have dealt with nicer people. I highly recommend shopping here for babay furniture.
We ordered a convertible crib for our baby from this shop. It was supposed to be a gift from his grandparents and they were visiting us for two weeks. Well, in the shop this lady directed us to this really expensive crib, told us about its advantages and so on. Because the grandparents loved the crib, we decided to go for it. We told her that we wanted a crib that could be changed into a day bed; and she told us very clearly that the Harmony crib could be. Only she forgot to mention that we needed to order some additional pieces which were not included in the original pack. She told us that we would receive the crib within 2 weeks. We finally received the crib after 1 month. When we could understand how to change it into a day bed, we rung her up and she told us that 'we should have told her that we wanted to change it into a day bed!' When we mentioned that we did, and she assured us that it could be- she said (in her words) - I must have been mad; I forgot to mention that there is a separate conversion pack'. Anyhow, we ordered the conversion pack; it's been three weeks and we still don't have it. Every time we ring up, she sounds fairly rude and obnoxious.
If there was a way we would have returned everything we got from this shop - a 1000 dollar purchase and such bad service and attitude!

My partner and I went to this store to check out baby furniture. Not only did she sit on the couch the whole time we were in there, but seemed very annoyed that she had customers! She is rude and obviously does not want to help parents to be in finding what their looking for, so I suggest that if you want to be treated poorly thats the place to be!
I also bought a Dutailler glider from the store and I am very disappointed with it. It makes squeaky noises and the material crunches every time I glide. I was told that i can spot clean it but it leaves water stains. This should not happen when you pay 800$ for a glider. I tried to contact the store on numerous occasions and my calls were either not returned, or the follow-up they ensured never happened. It's frustrating. I wish I can get my money back.
I was referred by a friend who ordered her glider from this place. She hadn't received it yet, so I assumed i could go ahead and get my glider at the same place.
I was given a 10% discount for being referred, but in the end, I am very dissapointed with this place.
My friend's glider was delivered late (after she gave birth). Mine is delayed and when I called to get an update. The woman who answered the phone was loud, rude and told me she was on the oher line.
The first time I called, I was told that the manufacturer found a defect in the fabric and that I was lucky that this was caught before it was sent to me. That there was a delay in my delivery and that MAYBE i would get a loaner, if it didn't come in time.
When I told my friend about this, she told me that they gave her the exact same excuse... I am wondering if Dutallier is really a bad manufacturer, or if this store simply uses the same excuses for their tardiness...
They haven't returned my calls and I am due any day now.
I hope to hear back from them soon to find out if and when I will get my chair. If I could, I'd cancel my order and buy elsewhere. It is not worth the headaches, especially when you are paying over 1000$ for a glider!
