Nice looking store but terrible service. Drove 2 hours only to find out that they don't have furniture in store everything has to be ordered and were told we should have called first.
We ordered our baby furniture from bo-bebe. A few weeks later we received the items. The delivery people informed us that it was all pre-assembled therefore they did not need to open the boxes and left. When we opened the boxes, 2 out of the 3 furnitures were greatly damaged. We contacted the customer service number indicated on the bill, and they informed us that they would need to review the damage and speak to their supervisor to determine how to proceed. Later on, we were infomred that instead of exchanging the damaged product, they would send a woodworker to fix the problem. We informed them that we spent over $2000 on this merchandise and we would like a new set instead. Moreover, it is not a chip or a crack that can be filled up with wood filler and paint,. The damage itself looked like the item was dropped and broken. They insisted that the woodworker has to see it first in order to determine if it is worth replacing it with a new set. We are very unhappy with their service especially when we have spent money on the merchandise and the delivery only to receive the items damaged with no help or solution to the problem.
We ordered well in advance. First they got the order mixed up with someone else's. Then they damaged the furniture upon delivery. To reorder another one, they first told us 1 months, the called a month later to tell us it was pushed back another month! My baby will be here before my furniture!
