Tim can't keep workers for very long because he refuses to pay or is just outright rude to them. I witnessed him upcharge customers for things he messed up on. Recently I had to file a case with the state because he laughed at me and refused to pay me for building a deck for him. I definately wouldn't do business with this shady guy.
