I visited Baylor in Colleyville ER yesterday. Considering my ER situation, my experience was pleasant, and everyone was kind and professional. From my first impression with Michelle at the front desk (intake) to Rhonda (tech) to nurse Kirsty who was absolutely kind and amazing and patient with me.
Dr. Patel was thorough and explained everything. I walked in dreading the worse. My diagnoses was better than what I’d though it would be. I left feeling well cared for and pleased with the service I received. Thank you to the staff who was there to care for me, it was a pleasure and I appreciate you all.
