Bought the ebike Serial 1 made by Harley and they stated it's new bike but we received a 2021 bike and the bike dead on arrival. Unable to turn ON even though battery fully charged.
No response from them yet even NO text message from Ronnie Fortin.
Got a text message from Ronnie few hours later, told me to remove the review otherwise he will not help.
This is a new bike we received yesterday. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this company. They lied about this bike.
