A gentleman named Kellen came to the house for initial visit on a Thursday. He said he’d have a design by Saturday evening for my review. Nothing from him over the weekend. I sent a text, unanswered. I sent another text Monday, unanswered. I called and called the number for the austin office. Nobody ever answers. I’ve called numerous times and daily. I have sent texts and tried calling Kellen. He answered once and apologized for his lack of communication. Said he’d have my plan by Tuesday evening. Here it is Thursday evening and no word. Will not answer a text and phone calls go unanswered. I’ve asked for honesty, a response of any kind. I get nothing. Complete silence. Poor business practices for sure on his part, Kellen.
